Scorizy is a score sheet for card and board games, published by Khufu. This page says what data the app keeps, why, who sees it and how to erase it.

Delete your account: the steps and what gets erased

What the app keeps

Your email address, used to send you the sign-in code. Your username and your language. The games you create or take part in: the game, the players, what is entered each round and the scores. Your friends and friend requests, the names of the guests you add, your XP, your level and your badges. To protect the service, it also keeps the sign-in codes (hashed, never in clear text), the IP address that requested them and the device type of each session.

What it doesn't do

No ads, no ad trackers, no audience measurement tools, no selling of data. The app accesses neither your location, nor your contacts, nor your photos.

Who sees what

A game is visible to its scorer and to the players who have an account in it: the players' names, the rounds and the scores. Your public profile (username, level, badges, stats by game) is visible to other signed-in users, never your games. Your email is shown to nobody.

Why

To run the service you ask for when you create an account (GDPR article 6.1.b), and to protect that service against abuse, for instance by limiting how many codes are sent (legitimate interest, article 6.1.f).

Who processes data for us

API and database hosting: Google Cloud, in Europe (europe-west1 region, Belgium). Sign-in emails: Resend, a provider based in the United States, which receives your email address and the code to send you. App distribution: Apple and Google. Each one only receives what its job requires.

How long

Account data is kept as long as the account exists. An unused session expires after 60 days, a sign-in code after 10 minutes.

Deleting your account

In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete my account. Your email, your username, your sessions and your friendships are erased straight away. Games played with others stay in their history, with “Deleted player” in your place, and games you were still scoring are stopped. Uninstalling the app does not delete the account. Without access to the app, write to support@scorizy.app from the account's address.

Your rights

You can access your data, correct it, ask for a copy, erase it or object to its processing: write to support@scorizy.app, answer within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Age

You must be at least 15 to create an account, or have a parent's consent.
